These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for booking, using, and enjoying our Magic Mirror photo booth services. By booking with InstaGlam Booths, LLC, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

To reserve your event date, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event. Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may qualify for a partial refund, at our discretion. InstaGlam Booths, LLC reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.

3. Event Space Requirements

The client must provide a suitable location for the booth setup. We require a clear, level space of at least 8x8 feet, access to a standard electrical outlet within 15 feet, and protection from weather if the booth is used outdoors.

4. Setup & Operation

We will set up the photo booth approximately 60–90 minutes before the scheduled start time. The full setup includes the booth, backdrop, props, lighting, and any custom elements arranged in advance. Booth operation will begin and end at the contracted times, regardless of venue delays or guest arrival times. Any additional time requested beyond the contracted hours must be approved in advance and will be billed at the applicable overtime rate.

5. Photo Use & Sharing

Photos captured during your event may be shared digitally with guests via email or text. InstaGlam Booths, LLC may use event images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertising), unless a written request is made by the client before the event to opt out.

6. Damage & Liability

The client is responsible for any damage to the booth, props, or equipment caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff during the rental period. InstaGlam Booths, LLC is not liable for personal injuries, lost belongings, or property damage resulting from misuse or unsafe conditions at the venue.

7. Technical Difficulties

In the rare event of technical issues, we will make every effort to resolve them quickly. If the booth is non-operational for more than 30 minutes due to equipment failure, we may issue a partial refund based on the time lost.

8. Use of Props & Accessories

All props and accessories provided must be used with care. Missing or damaged items due to negligence or misuse may result in replacement fees charged to the client after the event.

9. Client Conduct & Environment

The client is expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment for booth staff and equipment. We reserve the right to pause or end service early if the environment becomes unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, with no refund issued.

10. Agreement & Acceptance

By signing the rental agreement and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
